A two-day festivity starting from Sept. 24 will feature handicraft activities and participatory folk play sessions at Node Garden in the airside zone of Terminal 2, Korea Joongang Daily reported.

The event will be available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

Visitors can make pouches using fabrics inspired by those used in traditional royal courts.

They can also play traditional Korean games, including jegi chagi (shuttlecock kicking) and yutnori (a traditional board game), and receive souvenirs through a lucky draw, Seoul Economics Daily reported.

The Korea Heritage Agency is offering Chuseok-themed merchandise at the Korean Traditional Culture Center in both Terminals 1 and 2 through Sept. 27.

Seasonal limited-edition items include key rings shaped like half-moon rice cakes and bracelets representing the 12 animals of the Korean zodiac.

Chuseok, also known as Hangawi, is a major Korean mid-autumn harvest festival held on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month and is one of the most important holidays in the Asian country.

Ranked the world's second best airport after Singapore Changi in the 2026 Skytrax World Airport Awards, Incheon handled 38.39 million international passengers in the first half of this year, a 6.3% increase from the same period last year.
