Sandwich chain Jersey Mike's topped the ranking this year, based on responses from 16,464 customers regarding their experience across factors including food quality, variety, value, freshness, and service consistency.

Chick-fil-A, the third largest quick-service restaurant company in the U.S. and operates more than 3,000 restaurants across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, was pushed to the second position.
