The couple stands beside the groom’s mother, businesswoman Angela Leong. At the Macau wedding banquet on Sept. 28, Leong said she was grateful that her son had found such a kind and intelligent partner. She also thanked Xi for becoming part of the extended family and giving them two children.
Leong is the fourth wife of Stanley Ho, who died in 2020 and was widely known as Macau’s “King of Gambling” after building a vast casino empire. Forbes estimated Leong’s personal fortune at US$2.6 billion in 2025.

The couple registered their marriage in 2019 and have two children. They delayed their formal wedding celebrations during the mourning period following Stanley Ho’s death.
Earlier in June, Xi and Ho, 31, held another wedding ceremony at a French chateau, fulfilling a promise Ho had made to her seven years earlier.
During the ceremony, Xi said: "Even now, I still feel that saying 'I do' all those years ago was the best decision of my life. Thank you for making me laugh over the years and for being a shoulder to lean on. Thank you for holding my hand from winter to summer across these past nine years. Thank you because at so many crucial moments, you always chose to put me first. And thank you for giving me the wedding you promised".
Xi, 37, is one of China’s best-known international models. She has appeared several times in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and has worked with some of the world’s leading luxury fashion houses.
The Ho family built a business empire spanning casinos, hotels and property, and once controlled Macau’s gambling industry for nearly four decades.
Forbes has estimated the family’s combined wealth at at least US$6.4 billion, although the actual figure could be higher because the fortunes of some family members are not publicly disclosed. In 2019, Bloomberg estimated Stanley Ho’s net worth at around US$14.9 billion, ranking him as Asia’s 17th-richest person at the time.
