During the top-six question-and-answer round, Pham Kim Dung, chairwoman of Miss World Vietnam, asked her: “What community initiatives have you supported or carried out in your home country? If given the opportunity, what would you do to promote and develop the spirit of Beauty With a Purpose in your country?”
Dominguez replied that she aimed to bring English-language programs to children in vulnerable communities, explaining that “knowing another language can open up major opportunities and doors in life.”
She said her most meaningful contribution was to equip children with a skill they could use throughout their lives, an ambition she hoped to pursue across her community. Photo by Thanh Tung

Dominguez, who is 1.75 meters tall, was among the first 10 contestants to secure a place in the top 40 after winning the fashion challenge for the Americas and Caribbean region.

A business administration graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana, she works as a model, teacher, and reporter.
She teaches literature and social sciences in English, encouraging students to think critically and develop a broad range of skills, according to Miss World. She also reports on Dominican culture, social issues, and community stories for Univision New York’s Ventana a Quisqueya.
She also takes part in Voices of Tomorrow, a project that gives children and teenagers in disadvantaged communities the opportunity to learn English.
Dominguez wears an ao dai (Vietnam’s traditional dress) at the pageant. Her personal motto for the competition was: “The greatest gift you can give is the opportunity you once needed to grow, move forward and change your life.
The model taking in the atmosphere in Nha Trang, wearing a traditional Vietnamese conical hat. “With each passing day, I fall more and more in love with this country and all the wonderful things it has to offer,” she wrote on Instagram.
Throughout the pageant, she regularly shared photographs of Vietnam’s scenery and local sights.
She said she treasured every moment of the experience and had grown fond of the country and its hospitality.
